PROBLEM SUMMARY:
A hard-coded subsystem id value "DA31" was displayed
in header "DB2 DIST Storage Consumption for" on KDPSTODA
panel (v511 panel).

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Change logic to display the actual DB2 subsystem id in header
"DB2 DIST Storage Consumption for" on KDPSTODA panel.
