PI06881: Displaying currency format based on profile with Dynamic Query Mode (DQM) enabled

Error description

• Currencies being passed from database profile are not displaying
  properly. Either they will display in standard US format if
  regional settings are not changed from US default OR if regional
  settings are properly changed to Germany, and German formatting,
  the format will remain the same for line items.
