  and GGC2802I RC=X'A03000' on OBIDXLAT(WRITE_TO_VSAM) for XML
  (Drop Recovery). Job ouput may also include SQLCODE=-407 on
  PGM=GGC#LGAP
  .
  GGC3601I  Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'000010'
  GGC2802I  The writer service returned an error, RC=X'A03000'
  .
  Adding error message "GGC3829E A The XML sequence number could
  not be obtained for source object. "
