PI06530: ADD ABILITY TO PROVIDE COORDINATED POINTS OF RECOVERY FOR IMS AND DB2 DATABASES

Error description

• Adding the ability to perform a Coordinated Quiesce to provide a
  coordinated point of recovery for IMS and DB2 databases.  In IMS
  Recovery Expert, in the Application Profiles options, the
  P - Create Recovery Point  line command will be modified to use
  the new Quiesce capability.  This feature will be driven from
  IMS Recovery Expert which will be required to use this
  enhancement.
