  EndMapper v2 supports the sharing of a cached SQL statement by
  multiple threads. As part of this support it includes update
  functionality where a thread can update the insert SQL to add
  additional columns. However, when using a non ESQL map
  (e.g. WTX) if ISF_DATA was originally the last column
  specified in the EndMapper document then the extension logic
  failed to correctly process all columns.
