Error description

• ABENDS0C1 in module GJEIXMGD csect CQSEVENT after IMS restart.
  Wild branch to zeroes occurs when Sysplex Mgr processes a CQS
  INIT event, without checking to see if the Affinity feature is
  being active before invoking the GJEIACQS FUNC=CONNECT call.
