APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After a fail over to a  standby Content Manager, users will not
    be able to log into Cognos Connection for several minutes, even
    though the standby Content Manager is listed as active.??The
    users attempting to log in will receive the following error
    message:??DPR-ERR-2014 Unable to load balance the request
    because no nodes in the cluster are available, or no nodes are
    configured for the service: SACamSrvc.??After several minutes,
    the SACamSrvc service becomes available, and users may once
    again log in successfully.
    

Local fix

  • Wait several minutes and the product will resume functioning.
