PI05830: CLMUTIL UNABLE TO REMOVE RTC LINKS TO OBJECTS REMOVED FROM CLEARCASE.

Error description

After removing a version, activity, or other IBM Rational
ClearCase object that may be linked to a Rational Team Concert
workitem, the 'clmutil' command will report the following error:
    clmutil: Error: DBID 12345 is neither a ClearCase version
nor a UCM activity!

Attempts to remove the link using clmutil remove will also fail
and the following error will occur:
