APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Customer is getting the error below:
  
  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: HandlerResolverImpl cannot
  load the following class Throwable Exception Occured:
   "customer's handler class name".
  
  The bug mentioned in this PMR
  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-4930 was fixed in
  Axis2 1.6.2 and 1.7.0, which is higher than the engine version
  the customer is using.
  

Local fix

• - Customer copied their handler jar file in the WAS lib folder
  (so they have the same file in 2 places).
  

Problem summary

  This problem has same error message with Axis2 defect: https:
  //issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-4930. The fix was
  integrated
  into Apache Axis2 since its 1.6.2 version. WAS web service
  engine
  did not pick up the fix, however the problem can not be
  reproduced.
