  Error Description:
  Steps to reproduce the problem:
  1. Create a new project in Rhapsody 8.0.4 64-bit Developer for
  C.
  2. Create a class with an operation that has 'test;' without the
  quotes set in the implementation tab.
  3. Right-click on the operation in the browser and select
  'Populate Flowchart'.
  Result:
  Rhapsody crashes.
