Error description

• In IBM Cognos 10.2.1 the field set width is minimized based on
  the content of the object.  After upgrading from IBM Cognos
  10.2.1 to IBM Cognos 10.2.1 FP1 the default width of a field set
  has changed to 100%. This change has unwanted impact on the
  layout of the object in IBM Cognos Viewer.

• Manually set the Field set size/overflow property
