Error description
Select Client only(Tm1Client tier, Developer tier) in Plananalytics install kit or use the TM1Client kit to install on Windows8(64). After install, launch TM1 Perspectives, throws "Run-time error '429': Active X component can't create object". Perspectives does not launch. Workaround: Have to perform a full install using the plananalytics kit.
