Error description

• When SQL STATEMENT TEXT is requested for display in the CLASSIC
  panel ZATD1 for ATF, message SQL TEXT NOT LOCATED is displayed
  instead of the SQL statement text.
  Message FPEV0155I with SQLCODE -811 is issued to the job log of
  the OMEGAMON Collector started task.
