  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New functions are added to the          *
  *                      z/OSMF V2R1 ISPF task to support        *
  *                      Ctrl key as Enter key.                  *

  This APAR provides the new feature for the Ctrl key as Enter key
  support, so the user can manipulate z/OSMF ISPF easily as in
  3270 z/OS ISPF. In this feature, we still keep the Enter key
  function as usual.  When the user enables the Ctrl key function,
  both the Enter key and the Ctrl key will have the same action.
