Error description

  • Cognos 10.1.1 fp1.?A custom macro button in Excel is used to log
on and refresh data from IBM Cognos BI. With the same Cognos
server, it is possible to refresh data on client PC in Japanese
environment, but errors occur refreshing data on client PC in
Chinese environment at the first click, whereas second refresh
attempt works.?The same situation occurs with the native Cognos
refresh button.
