• When Mapper or Reversal processes ACBLIB which is generated by
  IMS V12 or V13, ABEND0C4 can occur by condition of internal

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C4 occurs when DBD/PSB/ACB        *
  *                      Reversal utility, Compare utility with  *
  *                      REPORT=SOURCE specified, and Mapper     *
  *                      utility process a DBD-type ACB member   *
  *                      built by IMS V12 or later if storage of *
  *                      PSA(low-core) is incorrectly modified   *
  *                      by some authorized program.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  ABEND0C4 occurs when DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal utility, Compare
  utility with REPORT=SOURCE specified, and Mapper utility process
  a DBD-type ACB member if all of the following conditions met:
  
   - A DBD-type ACB member is processed
   - The ACB member is built by IMS V12 or later
   - Storage of PSA(low-core) is incorrectly modified by some
     authorized program:
     Bit X'10' of address X'08' is turned on unusually
  
  Compare, Mapper, and Reversal refers the address X'08'
  incorrectly and if the bit X'10' is on, try to change incorrect
  address and ABED0C4 occurs. This APAR fixes not to refer the
  address X'08'.
