APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• All datasets with this error end with a return code of 4. The
  target job will also end with a return code of 4.
  This can occur when processing a node type B (DocType).
  In some cases the XML nodes cannot be found, resulting in the
  error.
  The code has been changed to check for proxy and continue
  indicators when processing a node type B. This will ensure that
  all elements in the node type B subtree are processed.
