  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Compiler abort with message:            *
  *                                                              *
  *                      IGYLI5294-U   There was insufficient    *
  *                      storage for compiler processing.  The   *
  *                      region size or "MEMLIMIT" value should  *
  *                      be increased.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the IBM-provided PTF.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  The library phase of the compiler that processes COPY REPLACING
  statements was mishandling memory management under certain
  conditions. The conditions were significantly less likely to
  occur when invoking the compiler from JCL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to correct memory management problems
  in the library phase relating to COPY REPLACING statement
  processing.
