  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement provides the ability   *
  *                      to specify space allocation for the     *
  *                      WSL and RUN.JCL data sets in Change     *
  *                      Management (CM) batch mode.             *
  ****************************************************************
  Previously, the space allocation for the WSL data set used by CM
  batch was hardcoded to CYL 1,5, and the RUN.JCL data set was
  hardcoded to TRK 5,5, with no way to override these values.
  The CM batch parameter ADMIN_DATASET_TYPE is enhanced to accept
  the values WSL and RUNJCL, so that you can use the
  ADMIN_DATASET_SPACE_TYPE, ADMIN_DATASET_SPACE_PRIQTY, and
  ADMIN_DATASET_SPACE_SECQTY parameters to specify the space
  allocations for these data sets. If not overridden, the previous
  defaultallo cations remain in effect.
