    The requested improvements include:
    
    - Phase 1: Enable Explore Objects to query Catalog Tables
    directly as an alternative to GraphQL.
    
    - Multi-Sysplex Support in CI: Integration of
    Proxy User support across Subsystem, Application, Instance,
    and Pull Request operations.
    
    Enhancement for IMS Administration Foundation:
    - A new JVM option is added to the UMS server to replace the
      last character of automatically generated job names for
      IMS Administration Foundation with a specified suffix
      character. The suffix character 'x' is specified by using
      the following JVM option:
        -Dcom.rocketsoft.newton.ims.job.jobSuffix=x
