* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The ADB2RE stored procedure is being    *
*                      enhanced to support a REBIND option     *
****************************************************************
With this enhancement, ADB2RE will now support a new GENREBIND
option in the parameter-list parameter. Valid values are:
'Y' - Generate REBIND commands for objects being extracted
'D' - Generate REBIND commands even when dependent objects
      aren't being extracted
