PH72841: FABDRMIF TO SUPPORT THE DMCB_LOC KEYWORD TO ENABLE PROCESSING OFMORE DATABASES

Error description

• This enhancement enables FABDRMIF to allocate the DMCB area
  above the 24-bit address line when DMCB_LOC=ANY is specified.
  As a result, FABDRMIF can process more databases than before.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  IMSFPSP-I-13.

  * result, databases requiring large                            *
  * number of defined areas could not be                         *
  * processed due to 24-bit storage                              *
  * constraints.                                                 *

  * Apply the maintenance for this APAR.                         *

  This enhancement enables FABCRMIF and FABDRMIF to support
  DMCB_LOC=ANY, allowing the Database Description Table (DDT) to
  be allocated above the 24-bit address space and enabling
  databases that have a large number of defined areas to be
  processed.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  requirement IMSFPSP-I-13.
