  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During RECON cleanup (RCU) function     *
  *                      execution with a large number of ALLOC  *
  *                      records, an S878-10 ABEND occurs. The   *
  *                      system runs out of virtual storage      *
  *                      because IROERC30, which handles ALLOC   *
  *                      record deletion, repeatedly allocates   *
  *                      memory without releasing it.            *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  IROERC30 has a storage leak. Each time the module processes an
  ALLOC record deletion, it acquires working storage but fails to
  release it. When RCU deletes many ALLOC records, the unreleased
  storage accumulates until virtual storage is exhausted, causing
  an S878-10 ABEND.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added code to release the working storage after ALLOC record
  processing completes. This prevents storage accumulation during
   RCU execution and resolves the S878-10 ABEND.
