Error description

• This APAR enhances diagnostic capabilities by automatically
  triggering a dump on a HALOAD job, when the Health Monitor
  countdown is activated and the remaining timeout reaches 60
  seconds.
  
  The following address spaces are included in the dump:
  
  The batch address space.
  The ASID(s) associated with the ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES WLM
  application environment used for the load operation.
  The dump title will show the following "DUMP TITLE=HLOUHMON -
  DIAGNOSTIC DUMP"
  
  The dump is generated only on the first occurrence of the Health
  Monitor countdown reaching the 60-second remaining threshold.
  After the dump is triggered, the Loader started task disables
  any further dump requests associated with subsequent Health
  Monitor countdown events.
  
  If the Loader started task is stopped and restarted, the
  internal flag controlling this one-time dump behavior is reset,
  allowing a new dump to be triggered the next time the Health
  Monitor countdown reaches 60 seconds remaining.
