Error description

• User has a problem while using CCSID 1147 and using CM Batch
  (GOCCM proc) with HPU unload to do a change in a table. For the
  LOAD back of table rows, the NULLIF parameter is incorrectly
  coded. The result is LOAD mistakenly discards rows.

  A CM batch job uses HPU unload to run a change that includes
  columns with NULL default values. The user is using a
  French CCSID (CCSID 1147). LOAD issues messages that the
  column data does not match the column type and discards valid
  rows.

• The problem has been fixed.
