PH72621: WAZI DEPLOY 3.0.8 DEPLOYMENT FAILURE CAUSED BY A NULL CHARACTER

Error description

• Wazi Deploy 3.0.8 Deployment failure caused by a null character
  (Hex 00) in the listing file when use_native_copy is enabled
  
  When use_native_copy is enabled in a Wazi Deploy deployment
  definition, the deployment engine reads the listing file to
  determine the set of members/datasets to copy natively on z/OS.
  If the listing file contains a null character (Hex '00') this
  causes the deployment step to abend or terminate with an
  unhandled exception, and the deployment fails before the native
  copy operation can be executed.
  
  Problem Summary:
  
  Wazi Deploy 3.0.8 deployments using use_native_copy fail when
  the listing file supplied to the native copy step contains a Hex
  '00' (null) character. The listing file copy does not sanitize
  or gracefully reject null characters, resulting in a processing
  error that aborts the deployment.
