Error description

• Currently, the CQM interval length can only be set at startup
  via the INTERVAL parameter in CQMPARMS. Changing the interval
  length requires stopping and restarting the CQM started task. In
  situations where a shorter or longer collection interval is
  needed for diagnostic or performance analysis purposes, this
  requires a disruptive restart of the monitoring environment.
