Error description

• Db2 performs an unwanted EBCDIC-to-ASCII conversion when Fast
  Apply applies REDO/UNDO SQL to a Db2 table defined with ASCII
  encoding for LOB (CLOB/DBCLOB) character values and CHAR/VARCHAR
  values supplied as hexadecimal literals. This APAR sets the
  correct table CCSID in the SQLDA for ASCII tables so the data is
  applied unchanged. BLOB and bit data remain untranslated.
