PH72437: TOSI REPLDMCB ACTION COMMAND DOES NOT CORRECTLY CONFIGURE THE CRTE FOR DEDB WITH FPSI DEFINED

Error description

• When the REPLDMCB action command is executed for the DEDB with
  FPSI defined, the CRTE referenced by the DMCB replaced by this
  action command is not correctly configured.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When TOSI replaces a DMCB (DEDB Master  *
  *                      Control Block) by the REPLDMCB action   *
  *                      command, the FPSI CRTE (DEDB Secondary  *
  *                      Index Cross Reference Table Entries) in *
  *                      the active DMCB are not copied to the   *
  *                      new staging DMCB. As a result, the new  *
  *                      DMCB does not keep the active CRTE      *
  *                      runtime state after REPLDMCB.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  TOSI REPLDMCB action command builds a new DMCB (DEDB Master
  Control Block) from the staging data set of IMS directory.
  However, the FPSI CRTE (DEDB Secondary Index Cross Reference
  Table Entries) in the new DMCB do not keep the runtime values
  from the active DMCB. This can cause sparse exit state or
  partition exit state to be lost after the replace.
  

Problem conclusion
