PH72380: CICS DOES NOT RECOGNIZE HEALTH CHECKER EXCLUSIONS FROM LATER RELEASES

Error description

• New health checker messages have been introduced with later
  levels of CICS. If two regions of different releases share the
  same USSCONFIG, the region at a lower release level may fail to
  parse health check exclusions in the cicstags.yaml file. This
  prevents any tags from being applied to the region. The message
  DFHPA2204 E will be seen.

  New z/OS healthchecker messages have been introduced with newer
  releases of CICS after 6.1:
    Messages DFHH0951 through to DFHH0965 were added in CICS 6.2.
    Messages DFHH0505 and DFHH0966 were added in CICS 6.3.
    The cicstags.yaml file can be defined to exclude certain
  messages from healthchecking. When two CICS regions of different
  releases share the same USSCONFIG directory and so parse the
  same cicstags.yaml, the region at the lower release may fail to
  parse health check exclusions in the cicstags.yaml file. This is
  since the messages added in CICS 6.2 or 6.3 are unknown to CICS
  6.1, and similarly those added in 6.3 are unknown to CICS 6.2.
  CICS treats such unknown messages as invalid exclusion targets,
  and this prevents any tags from being applied to the region.
    Error message DFHPA2204 is issued to report this.

• DFHPATP has been changed to tolerate healthchecker messages that
  are defined in higher releases of CICS.
