PH72153: Fixes possible S878 abends in the offload & SQLCODE exception generation 26/07/10 PTF PECHANGE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Possible S878 in the offload when FILTER_DB2_SUBSYSTEM is
  specified due to already allocated memory not being taken into
  account during calculations for allocation of hash table.
  REGION=0M is recommended for CQM@WDB2 moving forward.
  Workaround: If applicable, do not use FILTER_DB2_SUBSYSTEM and
  increase REGION size.
  
  
  
  2. SQLCODE exceptions are not produced for profile lines where
  other Threshold Exceptions (Exception CPU, Exception Elapsed,
  Exception Delays, Exception SQL Calls) are zeroed and Generate
  SQLCODE Exceptions is set to Y.
  

Local fix

• If applicable, do not use FILTER_DB2_SUBSYSTEM and increase
  REGION size.
