Error description

• This APAR enables support for the DBS_TOSIWAIT keyword for
  Conditional Reorganization.
  DBS_TOSIWAIT specifies the timeout value for IMS Tools Online
  System Interface (TOSI) response that DB Sensor uses.
  Conditional Reorganization Support Service (CRSS) accepts the
  timeout value passed from its caller and passes it to DB Sensor
  as the TOSIWAIT value.

  Interface (TOSI) response that DB Sensor uses during Conditional
  Reorganization processing. CRSS accepts the timeout value passed
  from its caller and passes it to DB Sensor as the TOSIWAIT
  value.
