Error description

• IMS Administration Tool does not substitute '&RGSUF.' in IMS
  control region JCL with a DFSPB member suffix. Therefore, it
  cannot construct the DFSPB member name and terminates with
  message ATY3117E.

  CTL region JCL ends with a period. As a result, the tool
  terminates with message ATY3117E.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to correctly generate
  the DFSPB member name when the variable specified for the DFSPB
  member suffix in IMS CTL region JCL ends with a period.
