PH71782: Liberty JVMSERVER fails to enable due to UnsatisfiedLinkErrors loading CICS native libraries

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a Liberty JVMSERVER is started with Jakarta EE features
  and either:
   - the cicsts:link-1.0 feature
   - the java.library.path option specified in the JVMPROFILE
     (e.g. -Djava.library.path=/x/y/z)
  
  the JVMSERVER fails to enable and displays the following errors
  in messages.log:
  
  RuntimeException: Error loading native dll com_ibm_cics_wlp_link
  UnsatisfiedLinkError: Can't load com_ibm_cics_wlp_link
  
  UnsatisfiedLinkError: Can't load com_ibm_cics_wlp_bundlepart
  Failed to load CICS bundlepart native library:
  com_ibm_cics_wlp_bundlepart
  
  Jakarta EE features include jakartaee-9.1,
  jakartaee-10.0, servlet-5.0, and servlet-6.0.

  jakartaee-10.0, servlet-5.0, or servlet-6.0 and either:
  
   - the cicsts:link-1.0 feature
   - the java.library.path JVMPROFILE property
  
  the JVMSERVER fails to enable due to an
  java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been updated to ensure the com_ibm_cics_wlp_bundlepart
  and com_ibm_cics_wlp_link native libraries are included in the
  Jakarta features.
