PH71710: ON DB2 FL507 ICS LINE COMMAND NOT RETURNING ROWS ON PANEL ADB2Z2H1 WHEN ZPARM UTILITY_HISTORY=UTILITY

Error description

• User needs to have ZPARM UTILITY_HISTORY at 'UTILITY' level due
  to some circumstances even though they are at Db2 FL507. When
  navigating to the Utility history panel ADB2Z2H1, they issue a
  'ICS' line command on a row where they know image copy data is
  present, but the result is "no rows returned" .

  *                      for a COPY utility row that has copy    *
  *                      data.                                   *

  On a Db2 13 subsystem running at function level 507 with the
  UTILHIST zparm set to UTILITY, a user selects Z->2H->1
  to view utility history rows. When the ICS line command is
  issued on a COPY utility row, a "No Rows Returned" message is
  returned instead of the expected image copy information.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed.
