• An error can occur when editing an Exception Profile by adding
  INDEX-specific DISPLAY STATUS exception rule(s). This PTF fixes
  this issue by:
  
  1) ensuring that TABLESPACE-related DISPLAY STATUS choices are
  limited to only those DISPLAY STATUSES pertaining to a
  TABLESPACE
  
  2) ensuring that INDEX-related DISPLAY STATUS choices are
  limited to only those DISPLAY STATUSES pertaining to an INDEX.
