  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      support new TRANSFER OWNERSHIP          *
  *                      statements introduced in Db2 13         *
  *                      function level 509.                     *

  This APAR provides enhancements and fixes to support new
  TRANSFER OWNERSHIP statements introduced in Db2 13 function
  level 509 (FL509) for PROCEDURE, SPECIFIC FUNCTION, and
  SEQUENCE objects.
  
   - Added parser and formatter support for new TRANSFER
   OWNERSHIP statements for PROCEDURE, SPECIFIC FUNCTION, and
   SEQUENCE objects.
  
   - Added Change Management support to propagate the new owner
   and owner type to all versions of a routine when TRANSFER
   OWNERSHIP is applied, matching Db2 catalog behavior.
  
   - Added Compare support to detect owner and owner type
   differences for routines and sequences and generate TRANSFER
   OWNERSHIP DDL when the target Db2 subsystem is at V13R1M509 or
   higher, instead of requiring DROP and CREATE.
  
   - Added TRANSFER OWNERSHIP as a recognized DDL statement in
   the main driver with execution count tracking on display panel
   ADB2STAT, and DDL prompts for Change Management integration.
  
   - Added XO as a valid line command on panels ADB21O
   (PROCEDURE), ADB21F (FUNCTION), and ADB21Q (SEQUENCE).
  
   - Updated Transfer Ownership panel ADBPXO to allow new object
   types and optional transfer of package ownership for
   PROCEDURE and FUNCTION objects. This panel also supports
   automatic GRANT statement generation to prevent
   SQLCODE -20342. Before issuing TRANSFER OWNERSHIP, the panel
   queries Db2 catalog auth tables to compare the old owner's
   privileges against the new owner's privileges and generates
   GRANT statements for any missing privileges.
   For PROCEDURE, FUNCTION, and SEQUENCE objects, dependent-
   object privileges are also checked by using SYSDEPENDENCIES,
   including referenced user-defined types (UDTs), functions,
   variables, sequences,  tables, views, and JARs. WITH GRANT
   OPTION is included when the old owner holds grant authority.
  
   - Added the ability to change ownership directly from the
   ALT Redefine panels ADBP7O (PROCEDURE), ADBP7F (FUNCTION),
   and ADBP7Q (SEQUENCE). The new "New owner" input field, owner
   "Type" field (U=User, R=Role), and read-only "Old owner"
   field are displayed. When the owner is changed, a TRANSFER
   OWNERSHIP statement is generated and appended to the ALTER
   statement. If only the owner is changed with no other
   modifications, the ALTER statement is skipped and only the
   TRANSFER OWNERSHIP statement is issued.
  
  - Added masking support for the new owner name in TRANSFER
   OWNERSHIP statements. New per-object-type owner mask names
   are now supported: UDFOWNER, STPOWNER, and SEQOWNER, in
   addition to the existing TBOWNER, VWOWNER, DBOWNER,
   TSOWNER, IXOWNER, and SGOWNER masks. The obsolete
   check_for_owner_masks warning (message ADB3358W) has been
   removed.
