  1- asntdiff expects the DATE value from database is returned in
  ISO format. However, it uses some common code (shared with
  other components in DPROPR) which does not precompile with
  DATE(ISO) TIME(ISO) options. As a result, asntdiff issue a
  warning message for the DATE value when DATE FORMAT is EUR.
  2- Currently Capture issues one ASN7895W message for each log
  record if the QW0306CDDSN flag is set. If there are a lot of
  log records to be processed and IFI306 cannot use CDDS, then
  the warning messages will flood the console. Also, the
  message ID is incorrect because it is already in use for
  error.
  3- Removed the deprecated stored procedure name from the
  ASN7766E message.
  4- SQL Apply user cannot find the value for CAF paramter in use.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- The solution is to modify the makefile for asntdiff and make
  sure everything is precompiled with the DATE(ISO) TIME(ISO)
  option.
  2- Changed message ID from ASN7895W to ASN7897W and the message
  will be written to the .log file only.
  3- Removed the deprecated stored procedure name from the
  ASN7766E message.
  4- SQL Apply is changed to display the CAF parameter value in
  the .log file. If Apply fails SQLCODE -817, the user should
  restart Apply with CAF=Y until the 2 phase commit issue is
  resolved.
