* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement provides the ability   *
*                      to display the LASTUSED column value on *
*                      the SYSPLAN Interpretation panel.       *
****************************************************************
The 'Interpretation of an Object in SYSPLAN' (ADB21PI1) panel is
enhanced with a new field that displays the date when the plan
was last used (the LASTUSED column in SYSIBM.SYSPLAN).
This field is displayed when the connected Db2 subsystem is at
function level V13R1M507 or higher. If the DISABLE_EDMRTS
subsystem parameter is set to YES, a message indicates that
LASTUSED values are not being updated.
