Error description

• After an IGVCPOOL ABEND0C4 occurs in the MPP region, the IMS
  control region terminates abnormally with ABENDU113.
  
  This issue may occur very rarely, when the usage of non-shared
  queues exceeds the TOTAL threshold of QSUN parameter, and ISRT
  calls are issued simultaneously from transaction programs
  running in many MPP regions.         ABENDS0C4 S0C4
  
  Additional Symptom: ABEND0C4 in IQCCQATF at x'72CC'.
