  This APAR addresses the following reported issues for Db2ZAI:
  - When migrating to Db2ZAI 1.6.4 and running the generated
  migration script, users may encounter SQLCODE -811 for
  DSNML.MIGRATION_PH70033.
  - When adding a new connection to Db2ZAI 1.6.4, users may see
  an error message indicating the need to run COYIPC1A for the
  correct level of explain tables.
  - When running the COYIPC04 JCL job, users might encounter
  RETCODE=8 due to SQLCODE 403 when creating an alias if the
  target and metadata connections are in the same Db2 subsystem
  and the schema for metadata is DSNML.
  - When creating a schedule for deploying  SQL optimization
  recommendations, the deployment may fail to occur.
  - After Db2ZAI SQL optimization deploys its recommendation for
  a dynamic SQL statement, the access path may not change to the
  recommended access path.
  - Spark is not correctly writing temporary files to the
  TMPDIR directory.
  - When falling back to 1.6.2 or a later version, LOAD gets a
  RETCODE 8 because the DSNU323I DSNURWUF - COLUMN
  'SCHEDULER_ID_PW' IS OMITTED.
