Error description

• An issue may occur where an incorrect LOADCARD WHEN statement is
  generated for a reporting table when either the table owner or
  the table name has a length of 14 bytes.
  In this situation, the value is incorrectly encoded in
  hexadecimal format, which can lead to an _INVALID CHARACTER
  OPERAND_ message.
  This APAR corrects the generation of the WHEN statement to
  ensure proper handling of such cases.
