Error description

• As part of compliance with IBM z/OS product registration
  requirements, we need to enable product registration
  capabilities for IBM Db2 SQL Performance Analyzer by integrating
  with the IFAEDREG (IBM Function Accounting and Registration)
  mechanism.
  
  Currently, the product does not fully participate in z/OS
  product registration reporting, which may lead to incomplete
  usage tracking and non-compliance with IBM reporting standards.
  This aims to implement the necessary integration so that usage
  of SQL Performance Analyzer is properly registered and reported
  via standard z/OS facilities.
