Error description

• In UMS, the CI apply API process relies on parsing the DDL to
  identify schema and object information. When the DDL contains
  syntax errors, the parsing fails, and UMS cannot correctly
  identify the Db2 objects. This leads to inconsistencies between
  the AppInstance manifest and the catalog,  ultimately causing
  the AppInstance to enter an  apply error state. Added an extra
  validation check so that if the DDL contains any syntax errors,
  the CI API  returns a proper error message to the user and fails
  at an early stage.

  UMS depends on processing input DDL definitions to identify
  required object informations. When the input DDL contains
  syntax errors, the system cannot process it correctly,
  leading to inconsistencies and failures. This update adds
  validation to detect such syntax errors early and return
  a clear message to the user.
