• CICS runaway detection unexpectedly triggers too soon for tasks
  running on a T8 TCB (where we multiply ICVR by 10).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A task running in a JVM server abends   *
  *                      AICA.                                   *
  ****************************************************************
  DFHKETIX incorrectly determines the amount of CPU consumed by
  a Java program executing under a T8 environment and abends the
  transaction AICA (runaway) despite the program not having
  consumed the limiting amount of CPU.
  
    Specifically, CICS runaway triggers prematurely if a task runs
  for greater than its CPU allowance in terms of wall clock time
  and uses more than 10% of its CPU allowance in that interval.
  

Problem conclusion

• UO05381
  DFHKETIX has been changed to correct the runaway calculation.
