Error description

• IMS field DLRTIME is inaccurate resulting in incorrect values in
  DRLCPUTOT.

  *                      IMS_SYSTEM_TRAN2_H and IMS_TRAN_H.      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  The DLRTIME field from the IMS X'07' program termination record
  that is used to build the DRLCPUTOT field in the R2 report
  contains abnormal values in certain instances.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DLREXTIM field has been exploited as a more accurate
  replacement for DLRTIME when creating the R2 record. If an
  abnormal value is detected in DLREXTIM, DLRTIME is still used.
