* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement provides support for   *
*                      the Db2 13 FL509 New Connection Control *
*                      feature (Db2 APAR PH67087) by           *
*                      displaying new DDF status fields in Db2 *
*                      Administration Tool.                    *
****************************************************************
The 'Display DDF' (ADBPZDF) panel is enhanced. The 'Output to'
option value 'T' (Table) is replaced with a new value 'I'
(Interpretation). When 'I' is selected, the new 'Interpretation
of DDF' (ADBPZDI1) panel displays the interpreted results of the
DISPLAY DDF DETAIL command output.

The ADBPZDI1 panel includes the following new fields introduced
by the Db2 13 FL509 New Connection Control feature:
- NCDBAT: the current number of active DBATs that are
  concurrently processing a new connection request
- NCQUED: the number of new connection requests waiting for
  a DBAT to process the request
