  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds new ADBTEP2 options      *
  *                      LOCK_TIMEOUT and DEADLOCK_PRIORITY that *
  *                      allow users to control the priority of  *
  *                      DDL execution.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  The new ADBTEP2 option LOCK_TIMEOUT (and corresponding CMBATCH
  option adbtep2_lock_timeout) sets the CURRENT LOCK TIMEOUT
  special register before executing the input statements.
  The new ADBTEP2 option DEADLOCK_PRIORITY (and corresponding
  CMBATCH option adbtep2_deadlock_resolution_priority) sets the
  SYSIBMADM.DEADLOCK_RESOLUTION_PRIORITY global variable before
  executing the input statements.
