Error description

• The assemble options for IMS Tools Common Pauser base
  configuration module sample member FOIVCNFG are incorrect.
  The options are PARM='LIST,RENT' and they result in message
  ** ASMA416C UNABLE TO OPEN DECK FILE.
  

Local fix

• Change the parameters to:
  //C        EXEC PGM=ASMA90,
  //         PARM='LIST,RENT,NODECK,OBJECT'

  *                      DECK or NOOBJECT, the sample JCL        *
  *                      FOIVCNFG for creating the base          *
  *                      configuration module fails with a       *
  *                      non-zero return code.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  The sample JCL FOIVCNFG was missing NODECK,OBJECT in the
  Assembler options. Depending on the system default Assembler
  options, the assembly step could fail with a non-zero return
  code.
  This fix adds the explicit Assembler options so that the
  FOIVCNFG job completes successfully regardless of the system
  default Assembler options.

• The following module and sample JCL have been modified:
  HKTQCPG1, FOIVCNFG
