Error description

• User Impact: Impacts all users utilizing CICDe by improving
  application registration behavior and reducing manual effort.
  
  As per the existing design, when the Application Registration
  API is invoked with a single database object, the application is
  created with only that specific object and does not include
  other objects within the database.
  
  Customers requested an enhancement to automatically include all
  related objects within the database when the API is triggered
  with a database as input.
  
  To address this, an optional parameter has been introduced in
  the API payload. When enabled, this parameter ensures that all
  objects under the specified database are retrieved and included
  during application registration. Consequently, the application
  is registered with the complete set of dependent objects within
  the database.
